Overview

This Technical Specification establishes a procedure for measuring and analyzing the power generation of a specific PV system for application to all PV systems including concentrator PV systems. The test procedure applies to grid-connected PV systems with at least one inverter and associated hardware, and is intended to be applied to medium-scale and large-scale projects. This establishes a framework for comparing the measured power generated with the expected power of a PV system on sunny days. The responsible committee is DKE/K 373 "Photovoltaische Solarenergie-Systeme" ("Photovoltaic solar power systems") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
