Short description

The document applies especially in connection with part 2 of this guideline. In addition to part 2, it contains specification for safety and environmental aspects that are necessary to control interdisciplinary measures. Due to the great variety of products, processes, activities and constructional conditions in cleanrooms, this document gives guideance with regard to necassary actions of new constructions, renovations and re-structuring as well as extensions or shut-downs. Recycling measures for building components and consumer goods are also considered. It considers amongst other conceptional, technical, structural measures, assembly, commissioning, operation and maintenance, cleaning.
