Short description

The standard describes procedures for the design/type testing, original/receiving inspection as well as the monitoring inspection of electrical linear measuring devices consisting of inductive probe and measuring device. These examinations are demanded by standards such as DIN EN ISO 9000. In form a working instruction the necessary steps for the different examinations are described. Apart from the calibration also the preparatory work at the calibration device as well as at the electrical linear measuring devices are described. Further references to the evaluation as well as to the documentation are given to the calibration.
