Short description

This standard specifies a manual measurement method (sampling method and different analysis methods) for the determination of the total mass concentration of ammonia (NH3) and gaseous ammonium compounds (NH4+) in the exhaust gas of industrial and other, e.g. agricultural, facilities. The method is applicable in the concentration range between approx. 0,1 mg/m3 and approx. 300 mg/m3, expressed as NH3. It was validated up to a concentration of approx. 65 mg/m3by comparison measurements.
