Overview
This document specifies the rules for preparing application classes, the hierarchy of application classes, tabular layouts of properties and block structures. Specific objects are described by application classes and the corresponding structural elements. The DIN 4002 document series defines a method for the preparation and standardization of structural elements which are compatible with the international document series ISO/IEC Guide-77, ISO 13584, IEC 61360, ISO 29002, whereby these structural elements form the normative content of the DIN-Merkmallexikon (DIN Properties Dictionary) (www.DINsml.net). This document has been prepared by NA 128-00-01 AA "Merkmallexikon Grundlagen und Regeln" ("Properties Dictionary Fundamentals and rules").
