DIN 29896 contains the technical specifications for shielded electrical cables with one to four copper conductor(s). The cables have an insulated shield and are suitable for ambient temperatures of 150 °C and C 260 °C. This document differs from DIN 29896:1980-12 as follows: The scope has been modified. This document does not apply to new design. In comparison with the previous document, no technical modifications have been made. This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 131-04-02 AA "Elektrische Leitungen" ("Electrical cables") of the DIN Standards Committee Aerospace (NL).
