Overview
This standard specifies a method for determining total organic carbon (TOC) in wood and wood products. The TOC value is calculated from the difference between the measurement results of total carbon (TC) and total inorganic carbon (TIC). This method is applicable to all wood species, wood products, and chemicals contained in wood in general. The result can be included in the environmental declarations of these products.
