Short description

The guideline deals with the particulate and gaseous emissions from new plants for the production of phosphate-containing fertilizers. It does not treat the emissions of existing plants. Emissions from the production of phosphorus and inorganic phosphorus compounds are described in guideline VDI 3450 part 1. The firing plants required for the operation of the individual production processes and the pertinent emissions are not treated in this guideline.
