Employers have always - even without a health and safety at work act or operational safety ordinance - concerned themselves with the exposure of their employees to hazards at the workstation, and have taken suitable measures, often, however, lacking a systematic approach. This guideline is intended to illustrate the systematic procedure for carrying out the hazard evaluation, which has proven useful in practice.
