This document is a supplement for "electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)". The standards of the VG 95370 series apply to systems to be newly developed, to be newly procured or to be contributed for the Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces). The standard VG 95370-26:2012-01 including Amendment VG 95370-26/A1:2013-09 specifies the permissible limits for the measurement of disturbing voltages at system-internal receiving antennas in the frequency range 10 kHz to 3 GHz. Determination of disturbing voltages is done using the test method in VG 95370-16:2011-12. This supplement describes the derivations of the limits and the underlying disturbance model. The derivations are based upon the values given in the ITU-R P.372-10 for atmospheric and galactic noise and for man-made noise from the distant environment. Moreover, typical effective antenna heights, the typical radio receiver input noise and the measuring bandwidths have been taken into account for the determination of limits. The committee responsible for this document is NA 140-00-20-02 UA "Elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit (EMV); Messverfahren, Messgeräte und Grenzwerte" ("Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC); Test methods, test equipment and limits") at DIN.
