The sustainable quality of buildings and their installations are receiving more attention. The usual sustainability certification schemes for buildings are focused on entire systems and usually assess the quality of said systems, but only occasionally consider individual aspects. This standard delivers assessment criteria for the technical quality of building services. It deals with the assessment of the installation itself and does not include the assessment and not the assessment of the user impact on the installations. This standard assumes that the planned installations meet the specified usage requirements.
