This document has been prepared by CEN/TC 138 "Non-destructive testing". The responsible national committee is Working Committee NA 062-08-25 AA "Oberflächenverfahren" ("Surface methods") at DIN Standards Committee Materials Testing (NMP). This document specifies the minimum requirements in order to obtain and reproduce photographs used for comparison in non-destructive testing, color contrast and fluorescence indicators. It also provides requirements for the monitoring of resolution when measurements are to be indirectly performed by recording.
