Overview
In order to support EN 50625-2-3, "Collection, logistics & treatment requirements for WEEE - Part 3-4: Specification for de-pollution - Temperature exchange equipment", and thus meet the requirements of the European Commission's mandate M/518, this Technical Specification includes normative requirements such as target and limit values for analysis. Practical experience and changes in the treatment of heat exchangers can thus be taken into account. This Technical Specification is intended to be used in conjunction with the WEEE Treatment Standard for temperature exchange equipment, FprEN 50625-2-3, and the Technical Specification for de-pollution, CLC/TS 50625-3-1. The responsible committee is K 191 "Umweltschutz und Nachhaltigkeit" ("Environmental protection and sustainability") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
