This standard shall be applied for mounting and connection (BKE) of electronic meters for plug-in electronic meters for household use on meter panels. The responsible Committee is Subcommittee UK 543.1 "Installationskleinverteiler und Zählerplätze" ("Consumer distribution boards and meter panels") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
