The main change from its predecessor is the consideration of machine sieving when determining the sieve residue. This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 057-05-06 AA "Getreide und Getreideerzeugnisse" ("Cereals and cereal products") at DIN Standards Committee Food and Agricultural Products (NAL).
