The water-soluble extract determined by this standard is not comparable with the extract of an infusion of ground roasted coffee prepared by brewing. This standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 057-05-09 AA "Kaffee" ("Coffee") at DIN Standards Committee Food and Agricultural Products (NAL).
