DIN 14661:2011-02

This document has been prepared by Working Committee "Brandmelde- und Feueralarmanlagen" ("Fire detection and fire alarm systems") (NA 031-02-01 AA) of the FNFW. This standard specifies requirements for fire-brigade control panels and establishes principles for their conformance test, designation, mounting, acceptance, operation and maintenance. The fire-brigade control panels are intended for connection to control and indicating equipment of fire detection and fire alarm systems according to DIN 14675, which are connected to alarm transmission equipment for automatic alarm of the fire brigade. The clauses 8, 9 and 10 are adopted in the future new edition of DIN 14675, in order to induce a clear separation between the construction standard and the application standard.
