Overview
This document applies to the establishment of electric power supplies with polyphase-line current above 125 A for mobile productions and entertainment technology. This document does not apply to fixed electric power supplies. This standard contains safety provisions in Clause 5. This document will replace the previous specifications regarding special networks according to DIN 15560-100 "Projectors for film and television studios, stage and photographic use - Part 100: Special networks and special connectors 250/400 V". Furthermore, this document will also replace the safety provisions specified in the standard series DIN 15560. This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 149-00-04 AA "Licht- und Medientechnik" ("Lighting- and media technology") at the Entertainment Technology, Photography and Cinematography Standards Committee (NVBF) at DIN.
