ATV DIN 18364 "Corrosion protection of steel structures" has been technically revised by the German Committee for Construction Contract Procedures (DVA). Clause 5 "Accounting" has been restructured. Among other things, the references to VOB/A have been updated. This standard deals with the corrosion protection of steel structures/ components for which a structural analysis or a technical approval is required. It also deals with corrosion protection by coating, hot dip galvanizing and thermal spraying of metals on steel components and in combination with structural fire protection using fire protection coatings.
