Overview
This standard specifies the requirements for the design of the waterproofing for non-utilized and utilized roofs, their execution including the detailed design, and for securing the position. In addition, the necessary measures for securing against lifting due to wind forces are specified. Together with DIN 18531-1, DIN 18531-2 and DIN 18531-4, this standard applies to the planning and execution of waterproofing for non-utilized and utilized roofs for new buildings, maintenance and renovation.
