This document applies to the planning, execution, and maintenance of waterproofing of concrete areas trafficable by vehicles against water acting from above as a result of weather conditions and/or traffic. This document applies to newly constructed and fully or partially renovated waterproofing of - road bridges, - pedestrian and cycle bridges for which the provisions of ZTV ING have not been agreed, - parking decks, access ramps and spindles of parking garages, - parking roofs, - courtyard basement ceilings and passageways, - earth-covered trafficable paved areas where, due to the height and type of backfill, relevant effects from traffic and chlorides are to be expected.
