This standard applies together with DIN EN 877 "Cast iron pipes and fittings, their joints and accessories for the evacuation of water from buildings - Requirements, test methods and quality assurance" and specifies dimensions and tolerances of cast iron fittings without socket and accessories without socket used for waste water sewers, storm water sewers and ventilation pipelines. The standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 119-05-32 AA "Gussrohre für Abwasserkanäle und -leitungen" ("Cast iron pipes for drains and sewers") of NAW.
