Overview
This standard specifies dimensions and technical delivery conditions for hoses of non-rigid material with woven fabric inner layer for irrigation systems. This standard applies to pressure hoses of non-rigid material with woven fabric inner layer for irrigation systems with a working pressure (operating pressure) of 16 bar (1,6 MPa) for hoses with an inside diameter up to 75 mm and of 12 bar (1,2 MPa) for hoses with inside diameters from 90 mm to 152 mm, diameters above that with 10 bar (1,0 MPa). The hoses are capable of coiling and are used to supply water for irrigation. This document has been revised by Working Committee NA 119-02-14 AA "Bewässerung und Dränung" ("Irrigation and drainage") at DIN Standards Committee Water Practice (NAW).
