Overview

This standard specifies the corresponding dimensions between shanks complying with DIN 20377 and chuck bushings of drill hammers for rock drilling. In accordance with the new specifications of DIN 20377, the standard had to be extended to include shank S28. The draft standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 008-05-01 AA "Gesteinsbohren/Gezähe" ("Rock drilling/Tools") at FABERG.
