Overview

This standard has been prepared by the Springs Standards Committee (AF) at DIN, the German Institute for Standardization e. V., and is intended to replace DIN 2093:1992-01. This standard compiles all requirements disc springs shall meet so their function is assured. These include, in addition to material and method of production, dimensional and load tolerances, endurance and fatigue strength and fatigue limit requirements as well as relaxation values at static load. Furthermore numerical values result for load force and tension on disc springs. All these information are minimum requirements.
