This standard specifies the tests for conveyor belts with textile plies for bulk goods. It applies to conveyor belts with one or more textile plies. Due to the fact that relevant parts of DIN 22102-2 are not included in European test standards covering conveyor belts, it is necessary to issue this standard as a residual standard. The standard has been prepared at Working Committee NA 045-02-05 AA "Fördergurte" ("Conveyor belts").
