Overview

This document is applicable for the approval of building structures and floor surfaces. This document specifies requirements for the metrological verification of compliance with the release criteria. This document provides guidance on determining activity levels within the scope of measurements used for comparison with release limits. Other methods of activity determination may be more suitable if the total activity is to be balanced or the total released activity is to be determined. This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 062-07-46 AA "Reststofffragen" ("Questions concerning residues") at DIN Standards Committee Materials Testing (NMP).
