This standard is applicable to unhardened taper pins with metric thread end and constant taper length with nominal diameters from 5 mm to 50 mm. With respect to the previous version, the dimensions in Table 1 have been corrected. This standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 067-00-09 AA "Verbindungselemente ohne Gewinde" ("Fasteners without thread") at the Fasteners Standards Committee (FMV).
