This standard applies to swivel devices on manhole closures according to DIN 28124-1 through 28124-3. The swivel arms of the swivel devices are interchangeable in both vertical and horizontal positions. For manhole nozzles attached at an angle, the pivoting axis must be vertical. This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 012-00-01 AA "Anlagenteile" ("Process equipment") of the Chemical Apparatus Standards Committee (FNCA) at DIN.
