DIN 3119:2017-04

This standard specifies requirements for four-way socket wrenches. Four-way socket wrenches are covered in DIN 898:2008-05 under the designation number 1102150. The four-way socket wrenches according to this standard comply with International Standard ISO 6788 on the dimensions and test conditions for four-way socket wrenches. This standard contains types 1 to 4 with the necessary dimensions, tolerances, quality and test specifications and other information. In addition, the designation of the four-way socket wrenches is defined in accordance with DIN. Four-way socket wrenches are mainly used for work on motor vehicles. This standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 121-05-01 AA "Schraubwerkzeuge, Fügewerkzeuge" ("Assembly tools for screws and nuts, Fastening tools") at DIN Standards Committee Tools and Clamping Devices (FWS).
