This standard specifies the procedure for the determination of the coating resistance and thus the cohesive strength in the TCT-Test (Tubular-Coating-Tensile Test). The tensile test is intended to determine the coating tensile strength and differences in quality of the particle binding. This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 092-00-14 AA "Thermisches Spritzen und thermisch gespritzte Schichten" ("Thermal spraying and thermal sprayed coatings (DVS AG V 7)").
