This standard applies for requirements and tests for connection fittings for gas and couplings for laboratory tubing with permissible working pressures up to 200 mbar which are operated with gases in accordance with DVGW Worksheet G 260. The specifications in accordance with DIN 3383-1 apply. This standard only specifies deviations from and supplements to DIN 3383-1. These are given priority.
