Overview
This standard specifies properties for standardized and non-standardized modular tooling systems with adjustable cartridges for boring to produce rotationally symmetrical outside and inside contours. These properties form the basis for communication, for instance, between users and suppliers. A further aim is the categorization of these properties in conformity classes, amongst others, for unification of the data exchange. This standard has been prepared by NA 128-00-03-03 AK "Merkmallisten und 3D-Modelle für Werkzeuge, Werkzeughalter, Spannmittel und Werkzeugmaschinen" ("List of properties and 3D models for tools, tool holders, tensioning devices and machine tools").
