This standard only applies together with DIN 4226-101 and DIN EN 12620:2008-07 for recycled aggregates with a particle density ≥ 1 500 kg/m3 for use in concrete. It specifies the type testing and minimum test frequencies of the factory production control of recycled aggregates according to DIN EN 12620:2008-07 with regard to regulated hazardous substances. This standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 005-07-15 AA "Gesteinskörnungen " ("Aggregates") at DIN Standards Committee Building and Civil Engineering (NABau).
