DIN 477-1 applies for gas cylinder valves according to DIN EN ISO 10297 for compressed, liquefied and dissolved gases. Unless specified otherwise, it specifies inlet and outlet connections of gas cylinder valves. Inlet and outlet connections for gas cylinder valves for respiratory protective devices are specified in DIN EN 144, Parts 1 to 3.
