This standard specifies requirements for double offset screwdrivers for cross point screws. In addition to the measurements for different size classes of double offset screwdrivers, the DIN standard provides information regarding the material and design and a torque test for these assembly tools for screws and nuts. Moreover, the standard designation and the type of marking of these tools are specified. This German standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 121-05-01 AA "Schraubwerkzeuge, Fügewerkzeuge" ("Assembly tools for screws and nuts, Fastening tools") at the Tools and Clamping Devices Standards Committee FWS.
