The method may be used for sealants that are available for processing in a plastic state. The committee responsible for this standard is NA 005-02-16 AA "Fugendichtstoffe (SpA zu CEN/TC 349 und ISO/TC 59/SC 8)" ("Sealants for joints in building construction (Mirror Committee of ISO/TC 59/SC 8)") at Standards Committee Building and Civil Engineering (NABau) at DIN.
