This document specifies a method of testing the tenso-elastic behaviour of elastomeric filament yarn in accordance with DIN 60001-1 through the repeated application of tensile stress between unchanging extension limits. This document is applicable to all elastomeric filament yarns that can be stretched by more than 300 %. The responsible German standardization committee is Working Committee NA 062-05-21 AA "Physikalisch-technologische Prüfverfahren für Textilien" ("Physical and technological test methods for textiles") at DIN Standards Committee Materials Testing (NMP).
