This standard has been prepared by DIN Standards Committee Rolling Bearings and Plain Bearings, Working Committee NA 118-01-05 AA "Nadellager, Nadelkränze, kombinierte Lager, Zylinderrollenlager und Pendelrollenlager einschließlich Teile und Zubehör" ("Needle roller, cage assemblies, combined bearings and roller bearings including parts and accessories "). This standard specifies symbols, dimensions, parts of geometrical product specifications (GPS), the design and mounting instructions for radial needle roller and cage assemblies. It covers a selection of needle roller and cage assemblies of this type matched to the practical needs of users, taking into account the general plans specified in DIN 616 and ISO 3030, plus some dimensions not covered in these standards.
