Overview
This document is applicable to the sterilization of non-industrially manufactured sterilizing goods respectively sterile goods that are packaged in a re-usable sterilization container in accordance with DIN EN 868-8 and are subjected to a steam sterilization process that complies with the requirements of DIN EN 285. In addition, an English version of the document is also being made available for the first time. This standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 176-03-07 AA "Sterilgutversorgung" ("Sterile Supply") at DIN Standards Committee Health Technologies (NAGesuTech).
