This standard specifies the dimensions and limit deviations for O-rings (toroidal sealing rings) of special dimensional accuracy, preferably for use in aerospace applications. For general industrial applications DIN ISO 3601-1 shall be applied. This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 131-02-03 AA "Elastomere/Dichtmassen" ("Elastomeric bond/density bulk") at the Aerospace Standards Committee (NL) at DIN, the German Institute for Standardization, e. V.
