This standard specifies methods of test sieving used to determine the particle size distribution of a disperse material. It is applicable to particle sizes up to approximately 125 mm. This standard has been prepared by NA 005-11-41 AA "Siebe, Siebung (SpA zu ISO/TC 24 und ISO/TC 24/SC 8)" ("Sieving and sieves (national mirror committee for ISO/TC 24 and ISO/TC 24/SC 8)") at DIN Standards Committee Building and Civil Engineering (NABau).
