This standard defines designations for veneers. Compared to DIN 68330:1976-08, the English and French titles have been updated, terms from DIN EN 313-2 have been taken into account and the layout of the terms and the structure of the standard have been adapted to current rules. The term radial cut has been revised and the term radial has been added. The responsible committee is Working Committee NA 042-02-15 AA "Holzwerkstoffe - Spiegelausschuss zu CEN/TC 112 und ISO/TC 89" ("Wood-based panels - Mirror Committee of CEN/TC 112 and ISO/TC 89") at DIN Standards Committee Timber and Furniture.
