This standard applies to the acceptance and constancy test of teleradiology systems used for teleradiology according to the X-Ray Ordinance (RoeV). The standard defines parameters and test procedures for the quality assurance of image data transmission by a teleradiology system. In doing so, the teleradiology route between the location where the data transfer is initiated and the location of the diagnosis is considered. The standard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 080-00-04 AA "Informationsverarbeitung" ("Information processing") at NAR.
