DIN 73379 for fuel hoses has been revised. Supplementation of an acceptance specification adequate for fuel hose pipes, which adopts the newly revised DIN 73388. In terms of its character, this standard is a section, basic and test standard. It describes the requirements for fuel hose pipes (with fuel hoses according to DIN 73379) both in terms of the performance of the suitable connection technologies and the function of the component, as well as the test methods to be used. The scope of application is not limited to the automotive industry and its suppliers. Rather, possible applications are also expected for other industries in which gasoline and diesel engines are used.
