DIN 77009-2:2025-07

DIN 77009-2 specifies requirements for processes and procedures for the provision of personal and household services. In addition to cross-process requirements, general and specific requirements for the provision of services are formulated, and ethical requirements for service providers to deliver high quality services are specified as well. These services include: - personal services, such as childcare and relief and respite services, as well as - household services, particularly domestic support, such as cleaning, shopping, food preparation, laundry, gardening, simple household repairs, and support in the area of information and communication technologies. Personal and household services are not necessarily bound to a household as the location where the services are provided. Both service providers who cover all areas and those who offer services in only specific areas are addressed. The description of job profiles and standards for vocational education and training is not the subject of this specification.
