DIN 8165:2025-11

This document applies to conveyor chains with solid pins (FV) with attachments. Suspension clips that can be used in these chains are also described. The standard differs from DIN 8165:2018 09 as follows: a) the legend for Figure 1 has been revised; b) the notes for Figures 2 and 3 have been revised; c) the description of the example in 5.6 has been revised; d) the measured force values in Table 2 have been corrected; e) the standard has been editorially revised. This document has been prepared by Working Committee NA 060-34-35 AA "Stahlgelenkketten (SpA ISO/TC 100)" ("Steel link chains (mirror committee to ISO/TC 100)") of Technical section "Antriebstechnik" ("Power transmission engineering") at DIN Standards Committee Mechanical Engineering (NAM). Representatives of the manufacturers and users of steel link chains participated in preparation of the standard.
