This standard specifies requirements for screw plugs for the sealing of holes with cylindrical internal threads in accordance with DIN 13-5, -6 or -7 and DIN EN ISO 228-1. With respect to the previous standard, in addition to editorial revisions, a light type (type L) has been incorporated and the technical delivery conditions have been completely revised. This document has been prepared by NA 067-00-08 AA "Verbindungselemente mit Sonderformen und aus Kunststoff" ("Fasteners with special elements and made of plastic") at the Fasteners Standards Committee (FMV).
