This document describes test methods for determining the change in specific properties of aged geosynthetics. The test specimens are exposed to a durability test for geosynthetics. The exposure is followed by visual and, if required, microscopic inspection and by determination of changes in tensile or compressive properties, as appropriate. The committee responsible for this standard is NA 106-01-11 AA "Geotextilien und Geokunststoffe; SpA zu CEN/TC 189 und ISO/TC 221" ("Geotextiles and geosynthetics; Mirror Committee of CEN/TC 189 and ISO/TC 221") at DIN.
