DIN EN 13282-1:2013-06

This European Standard defines and contains the specifications for rapid hardening hydraulic road binders, produced in a factory and supplied ready for treatment of materials for bases, sub-bases, capping layers and earthworks in road, railway, airport and other types of infrastructure. It specifies the mechanical, physical and chemical requirements, the classification of these binders based on their compressive strength at 7 days and 28 days, the conformity criteria and evaluation procedures to be applied by the manufacturer. The following modifications have been made with respect to DIN V ENV 13282:2002-07 and DIN 18506:2002-02: a) the content of the European prestandard and the German standard has been divided up into Part 1 and Part 3; b) the prestandard status has been changed to that of a full standard of this European Standard; c) Part 1 contains specifications for rapid hardening hydraulic road binders; strength class designations have been modified, requirements for the strength at 7 days have been specified for all strength classes (12,5, 22,5 and 32,5) and strength classes without requirements for the strength at 7 days and strength class 5 have been deleted; d) specifications regarding delivery and marking (see DIN 18506:2002-02) have been deleted.
